For account questions, bug reports, lost passwords, photo upload issues, missing notifications, or anything else app-related. Most messages are answered within one to two working days. Please include your registered email and (if relevant) the make and model of your device.
Venue corrections and listing requests

Found an out-of-date phone number, wrong opening hours, or a venue that has changed its pet policy? Let us know and we'll update the listing. To request a new venue, the fastest path is the in-app "List a Place" form on the map screen — but email works too. Include the venue name, address, contact details, and a sentence on the pet policy.

For interview requests, statistics on the Hong Kong pet market, photography of our team, or partnership coverage. We try to respond to journalists within 24 hours during the working week. Press kit, executive bios, and brand assets available on request.
Business and partnerships

For sponsored listings, advertising, integration partnerships (insurance, veterinary, retail), and B2B opportunities. We are selective about partners and prioritise category leaders that genuinely serve pet owners well.

Working hours
The team is online Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Hong Kong time (UTC+8). We don't staff inboxes outside these hours, but urgent safety or moderation issues are escalated automatically.

You can also reach us through the in-app help centre — tap the Settings cog in your profile and choose "Help & support". Conversations there are tracked and threaded so nothing gets lost.
