Delete Your Account
You can delete your GoPaw account and all associated data at any time — directly from the app or by contacting our support team.

Delete directly in the app
- Open the GoPaw app and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account will be permanently removed.

What gets deleted
- Account & profile info
- Pet profiles & photos
- Community posts & comments
- Reviews & ratings
- Saved venues
- Event RSVPs
- Health & schedule records
- Support ticket history
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Some anonymised aggregate data (e.g. venue check-in counts) may be retained for service quality purposes but cannot be linked back to you.
